My small group fitness classes offer group training sessions that deliver results. This dynamic and challenging workout will make you stronger, fitter, and healthier. With a variety of high-intensity, circuit, bootcamp, and band workouts, you'll get the most out of your time and energy while pushing yourself to do more. Get ready to sweat and be part of a supportive and motivating community!​

Boxing - one-on-one OR partner workout

Build fitness, confidence, and skill in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Our one-on-one and partner boxing sessions are designed for everyday people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more capable — without the pressure of a big class. Whether you’re brand new to boxing or looking to level up your conditioning, you’ll be coached through technique, combinations, pad work, and conditioning.

Expect a great workout, plenty of encouragement, and a serious boost in confidence as your skills improve week by week.

Train one-on-one for personalised coaching and focused progress, or bring a friend and share the experience while keeping each other motivated.
