A Little Bit About Me

My name is Laura Sandford, and I have lived in Point Chev for 20 years. I am married and have three kids, two in year 7 and one in year 9. I grew up in the surrounding suburb of Mt Albert and attended Marist Primary and then Marist College.

 

I have been interested in sports and exercise my whole life, doing a wide range of sports throughout my schooling and adulthood. I have recently decided that this is my passion and have completed a Certificate in Exercise at Unitec to become a qualified personal trainer. I enjoyed the course so much that I then went on to complete further studies for a Diploma in Sport, Recreation, and Exercise.​
